Infused SeedBall Ltd works with land owners by first establishing a Land Use Agreement (LUA) that outlines how the land may be used by ISB™ in delivering the planting program, while still retaining complete control over how it is used. The LUA covers issues such as the duration of the project, the permitted uses of the land, and any restrictions or limitations on those uses. It also factors in maintenance or repair obligations, compliance with zoning, environmental protection and other regulatory matters.
After securing the LUA and finalizing a standard Supply & Service Agreement (SSA) for Infused SeedBalls and planting services, ISB™ offers a Prime Contracting Agreement (PCA) providing a truly complete turnkey solution including but not limited to land preparation, design/installation of irrigation systems, site security fencing and construction of associated infrastructure.
ENGINEERING.
Services covering design, construction, and maintenance of the built environment, including structures such as buildings, roads, bridges, and water and sewage systems.
PROCUREMENT.
Acquiring goods, services, or works from external sources to fulfill project requirements. It involves planning, selecting, contracting, and managing suppliers to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
CONSTRUCTION.
All physical site realization of the design and plans created during the planning and design phases of a project. It involves the execution of construction activities, such as excavation, building, and installation of systems and components, while ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
